The following Terms and Conditions apply to how we supply any item displayed for sale on our Website which you purchase through our Website. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights. The information, service and goods on this Website are intended for use by residents of the UK only, and are not aimed at or intended for use by residents of any other jurisdiction.
The prices for goods at the checkout stage are inclusive of VAT unless stated. Delivery will vary and be shown in the final stage of checkout.
The placing of products on our Website is an invitation to accept offers for products and is not an offer to sell at the listed price nor is it binding on us. We are under no obligation to accept your order (whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card been charged).
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you of the correct price and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you confirm you want the product at the corrected price we will deliver the product to you. If payment has been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order we will, on return of the Goods, issue a refund.
We accept payment only by PayPal. We shall not process any orders until we receive
confirmation of payment. Your Payment is debited at the time of placing your order.
All transaction information passed between our website is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from our payment service provider are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to our payment service provider can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
We aim to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 5 working days (excluding
bank holidays) of you placing your order. We do our best to get your goods to you
as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.
When your order is dispatched we send you an Email letting you know that your order was sent by either Royal Mail or by Courier.
If your order was sent by courier or direct from a wholesaler or manufacturer, your dispatch Email will have a tracking number and a link to our partner’s website. Please refer to this Email and click on the relevant link then enter your tracking number if requested.
If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.
Ordered items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your goods within 5 days of your order and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
