DELIVERY

We aim to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 5 working days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order. We do our best to get your goods to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.

When your order is dispatched we send you an Email letting you know that your order was sent by either Royal Mail or by Courier.

If your order was sent by courier or direct from a wholesaler or manufacturer, your dispatch Email will have a tracking number and a link to our partner’s website. Please refer to this Email and click on the relevant link then enter your tracking number if requested.

If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

Ordered items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your goods within 5 days of your order and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
